Certain prescriptions (non-controlled substances) are permitted to be transferred from one pharmacy to another via phone or fax. The requesting pharmacy is responsible to contact the pharmacy that currently has the prescription and gather the necessary information to transfer the prescription. Please note that for a transfer to occur the prescription must have refills available. If it does not, the process may be delayed as we will be required to contact your healthcare provider for a new prescription.
