Rena B. Charchian, who joined USC Medical Plaza Pharmacy in 2019, has worked in numerous multidisciplinary pharmacy settings over the past 20 years, leading the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services. Most recently, she served as Director of Pharmacy at MedPlus Pharmacy LTC in Covina. Other leadership roles include Director at Modern Health LTC Pharmacy in Monrovia and pharmacist in charge and owner of Glendale Medical Express Pharmacy in Glendale.

Patrick Tabon joined the USC Medical Plaza Pharmacy Team in August of 2017. He also serves as clinical faculty at USC School of Pharmacy and enjoys training future pharmacists at Plaza pharmacy and in the classroom.

Dr. Roslynn Stone received her PharmD and PhD in Clinical and Experimental Therapeutics from the USC School of Pharmacy. The focus of her dissertation was on the pre-clinical development of a novel disease-modifying therapy for the treatment of multiple sclerosis. As a specialized clinical pharmacist, she is responsible for ensuring affordable, safe, and appropriate use of disease-modifying therapies in multiple sclerosis.
