Before coming to USC, Sherry Cochran worked for many years managing retail and long-term-care pharmacies and also worked as regional manager for a pharmacist temp agency, which gave her opportunities to work in a variety of settings, including ambulatory care, manufacturing and home care. She has worked for USC Pharmacies for more than 20 years.

Sylvia Y. Rodriguez, PharmD

Staff Pharmacist

Sylvia Rodriguez graduated from the USC School of Pharmacy in 1980. She went on to complete an oncology residency at VA in Long Beach. She started her career at USC in 1985 with a position at the UPC Student Health Center Pharmacy and currently works at USC Medical Plaza Pharmacy.

Staff Pharmacist; Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy

Patrick Tabon joined the USC Medical Plaza Pharmacy Team in August of 2017. His area of interest is community-based transitions of care programs and is currently developing a Meds to Beds Service out of Plaza Pharmacy. He also serves as clinical faculty at USC School of Pharmacy and enjoys training future pharmacists at Plaza pharmacy and in the classroom.

Dr. Elina Baskina has been a clinical pharmacist at the University of Southern California since 2013. She completed her Doctorate in Pharmacy at the University Of Southern California School Of Pharmacy and her postgraduate year 1 training at the University of Washington in community pharmacy with a focus in ambulatory care. As the Director of Pharmacy at the Keck Medicine of USC Specialty Pharmacy, she is responsible for its daily operations, supervises a team of technicians and pharmacists, and mentors pharmacy residents and students on experiential rotations.

As a clinical staff pharmacist at the Keck Medicine of USC Specialty Pharmacy, Havan Truong monitors the safety and efficacy of therapies for patients receiving specialty medications. Her areas of focus include auto-immune diseases, oncology, hepatology, and multiple sclerosis.

Dr. Janet Cho is a Certified Diabetes Educator and Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist. She currently provides clinical pharmacy services for the rheumatology, gastroenterology and dermatology department. She also serves as a preceptor for residents during their clinical rotations.

Roslynn Stone, PharmD, PhD

Clinical Staff Pharmacist, Multiple Sclerosis

Dr. Roslynn Stone received her PharmD and PhD in Clinical and Experimental Therapeutics from the USC School of Pharmacy.  The focus of her dissertation was on the pre-clinical development of a novel disease-modifying therapy for the treatment of multiple sclerosis.  As a specialized clinical pharmacist, she is responsible for ensuring affordable, safe, and appropriate use of disease-modifying therapies in multiple sclerosis.

After Joshua Wang completed a fellowship in Infectious Diseases Pharmacology at USC with research interests in cystic fibrosis, he joined the Keck Medicine of USC Specialty Pharmacy in 2017 working at the Center for Cystic Fibrosis where he helps manage patients with this progressive, genetic disease.

Raffi Svadjian leads the daily operations, strategic planning, and administrative oversight for USC Pharmacies. Previously, he served as Senior Director for Keck Medicine of USC Specialty Pharmacy. Prior to that, he served as a staff pharmacist at USC Medical Plaza Pharmacy from 2003 to 2012.
